Cookie Policy
Last updated 11 June 2026
This policy explains how Ladill uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and mobile identifiers. Together we refer to these as “cookies”. They help the Services work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the Services are used.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: required for the Services to function — for example signing you in, keeping your session secure, and remembering items in your cart. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional: remember your choices and preferences to give you a better experience.
- Analytics and performance: help us understand usage and improve reliability and features. These are aggregated and used to make the Services better.
We do not use cookies for cross-app advertising or to track you across other companies’ websites.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties that support the Services, such as our payment partners (during checkout) and our analytics and error-monitoring providers. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can usually set your browser to refuse non-essential cookies. On mobile, you can manage identifiers in your device settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
