How to request account deletion and what data is removed or retained.
You can stop using Ladill and delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent.
How to request deletion
- Sign in and open account settings, or
- Email hello@ladill.com from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request”
What happens next
We may verify your identity before proceeding. Active subscriptions and services are cancelled, and personal data is deleted or anonymised according to our retention policy. Financial records may be kept longer for legal and tax obligations.
